Terms and Conditions of Sale

“The seller and the buyer agree to subject the present sale to the following terms and conditions, which the buyer expressly declares to have understood and accepted.”:

Sale contract & Newsletters

The EDROLE.CH site and brand are owned, developed and operated by GesTech Ferreira de Almeida, a company registered with the Commerce Registry of the Canton of Geneva.

A sale contract is established between the parties when an order is placed by the customer and accepted in writing for EDROLE.CH (email message of confirmation from the seller, sent to the email address indicated by the buyer in the order form). From this moment, the customer is bound by these terms and conditions of sale.

The customer will be able to choose whether or not to subscribe to the newsletter by using a form for this purpose on the EDROLE.CH site. By subscribing, the customer tacitly accepts the conditions related to data processing.

At any time, the customer may send a written request (by email or postal mail) to request cancellation of the subscription to the Newsletters.

Protection of data and accuracy of data 

For all means of payment, the customer agrees to provide precise and correct information. Use of false information or abuse of identity is considered fraud, and is punishable by the law as intended under article 146, respectively of article 147 of the CP and shall be punished.

All customer information is handled in a strictly confidential manner and EDROLE.CH agrees to respect the ethical rules issued by the ASVPC and legislation in effect, notably as concerns the protection of data.

The information collected will only be used to process the order, for communication with the customer, for planning and evaluation of the commercial activities and for marketing purposes, as well as for the design and development of services for the customer and for development of custom offers for it. By subscribing to the Newsletter, the customer agrees to regularly receive offers and allows us to use his information in this manner.

At any time, the customer may contact EDROLE.CH to cancel the subscription to the newsletters.

 Price & Quality

The prices presented on the EDROLE.CH site are in Swiss Francs and include all taxes (TTC, VAT 7.7% included, VAT no. CHE- 284.439.940). The EDROLE.CH company may modify any of its prices without prior notice.

The EDROLE.CH company reserves the right to refuse to deliver the product if the price is incorrect, but it may propose an adjustment of the price or replacement by an alternative product.

Sales or promotions may be done by the EDROLE.CH site for a period to be decided by the company, but there is no retroactive right over these promotions/sales outside of this period.

We pay careful attention to the selection of products sold on our site, so as to guarantee irreproachable quality. Nonetheless, if you encounter any problem whatsoever related to quality, do not hesitate to contact us so that we are aware of it.

Retention of ownership

Until the merchandise has been paid for in full, it remains the property of the EDROLE.CH company.

Shipping & delivery

The EDROLE.CH company agrees to prepare packages as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, they will be deposited at La Post Suisse the day following order placement, after order confirmation and receipt of the payment.

The delivery timeframe is usually a maximum of five business days (Monday through Friday, except legal holidays and weekends) after proper receipt of the payment.

Deliveries are sent at the economy rate with signature, via La Poste Suisse.

Your order may be shipped as two or more packages for the purposes of logistics and speed of delivery.

We kindly ask that you provide us with any change of address or name before placing an order, in order to guarantee proper delivery of your packages.

The products designated as "Partner brand" are delivered by our partners between 20 to 30 days.

Transfer of risks

All risks transfer to the buyer once the merchandise is remitted to La Poste Suisse or to a private transporter in Switzerland.

The seller is not responsible for damage occurring to the packages during transport by the Postal Service.

 Tracking of packages

When the package is transferred to La Poste Suisse, we will send you the tracking number of your package by email and/or text message. If you have not received your package, we invite you to contact us by email: info@edrole.ch

Transport charges

Delivery of your order is only free within Switzerland. However, in case of an eventual return of merchandise, the expenses for return are your responsibility, UNLESS the merchandise is defective, in which case you must contact EDROLE.CH by email: info@edrole.ch to resolve the problem by either replacement of the merchandise, or by full reimbursement of the expenses.

In case of an error on our part, the shipping expenses for the exchange shall be our responsibility. As soon as we receive the article sent by mistake, we will send the correct article. If the correct article is out of stock, we will reimburse the customer for entire order.

Defects

In case of a defect in the merchandise, the costs for return shall be the responsibility of the EDROLE.CH company.

The EDROLE.CH company will offer you either replacement or full reimbursement of all expenses.

After receipt of the merchandise, the customer must immediately indicate the problem (defect) in writing via e-mail: info@edrole.ch

Right of retraction

If a product does not meet your expectations, you have a period of 14 days to return it at your expense and risk. The period starts to run from the time that the order confirmation is issued. Beyond this deadline, any return shall be refused.

The article must be in its original packaging and never have been used.

To guarantee optimal service, we ask that you proceed as follows:

1) Inform EDROLE.CH in writing about return of the merchandise at: info@edrole.ch or by postal mail;

2) The article must be in its original packaging and never have been used;

3) You will be reimbursed for the article once it has been received and inspected.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no right of retraction in the event of promotions!

Means of payment

With EDROLE.CH, it’s simple to settle payment for your purchases. Whether by prepayment using bank card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express) no additional fee will be charged.

For payments by bank card, no information relative to your card is directly processed or recorded by EDROLE.CH. Your information is handled by the partner for transactions Stripe. For a reimbursement, we are able to almost instantaneously credit a transaction by this same means of payment.

With each order we reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts in Switzerland. Any costs of a money transaction are borne by you.

In the case of purchase by credit card, the debit of your credit card account with sending the order by us.

You agree that you will receive invoices, credits and reminders in electronic paper.

The customer can not make a second order, before settling an already existing order.

You can also pay by bank prepayment. When choosing this method of payment, we advise our customers to make the transfer as soon as possible thanks to the information received by email by not omitting to mention the order reference number in the space provided. Upon receipt of payment, we will send the package the same day. Please note that we can not keep your order indefinitely and will only book it for 3 business days.

EDROLE® is a registered trademark and is protected by the law on protection of trademarks in Switzerland (Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property).

All rights of reproduction and diffusion of images are reserved for GesTech Ferreira de Almeida or its partners. Any use without express authorization is prohibited.

The place of execution is the headquarters of GesTech Ferreira de Almeida. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva.
